Camera Ready Submission

For successful submission of camera-ready paper, the below mentioned instructions must be followed: –
  • You have already received the comments by the reviewers through notification email. Please incorporate the reviewers’ suggestions when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings. The page limit is six pages (including references). The final paper is to be submitted latest by 28th
  • At least one of the author must register with Author Registration and present the selected paper at GC4T-2025, in order for the paper to be considered for inclusion on IEEE Xplore.
  • Each registration is meant for ONE (01) participant to attend the conference only. However, Co-author(s) who are also interested to participate in the conference will need to register separately under the appropriate registration category.
  • Please keep the proof of payment with you as it will be asked to be submitted.
  • Please make sure that the similarity index of your paper is below 10%, using standard plagiarism-checking software (e.g., Turnitin), before submitting the camera-ready paper from your end to confirm the submission of the paper to IEEE Xplore. If the similarity index is more than 10%, then your paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.
  • The authors are urged to ensure that the camera-ready submission strictly follows the IEEE Template given at
  • https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
  • If the camera-ready papers do not meet these requirements then, it will not be submitted for further consideration to IEEE Xplore.
  • You should submit your camera-ready paper and e-copyright transfer form on Microsoft CMT for GC4T-2025 conference.
  • Before Creating a PDF Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. (In the place of XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X/XX/$XX.00 ©20XX IEEE seen on the footer of first page IEEE conference template)
  • Copyright details are included below for your reference.
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:979-8-3315-3386-1/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-3386-1/25/$31.00©2025 European Union

Papers that do not comply with the guidelines will not be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore

Instructions for Authors to prepare Camera-ready submission
  • Open the Microsoft CMT portal on your browser and find your submitted paper (See Sample Image 1 given below).
  • First, click on the create camera ready submission and upload the final pdf.

  • Kindly refer to the LaTex/Word template provided here: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
  • After that, click on Submit IEEE Copyright The next page will open as shown in sample image below.
  • After that, click on here as shown in image 2 (i.e., Click here to redirect to the IEEE Copyright Web Site). Then it will redirect to the IEEE Copyright Web Site and fill out the copyright form and download it in the pdf format. Then, upload the same pdf on CMT as shown in below image 2.

Instructions for Authors to create Final PDF for GC4T-2025 conference submission
  • Prior to the Final Submission, the pdf file should be checked through PDF eXpress (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/). If you generated a pdf from Latex, then again, you have to check it through PDF eXpress.

The instructions for IEEE PDF eXpress are:

I. Creating your PDF eXpress Account (New user on PDF eXpress)

II. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site https://ieee-pdf-express.org/

III. First create the account on IEEE PDF eXpress site (if no account created before). Select create an account in link https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ or directly click on https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/signup

IV. Enter the following:

  • 64118X for the Conference ID
  • your email address
  • a password

V. Continue to enter information as prompted.

VI. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

VII. After Verification, login to your IEEE PDF eXpress account by entering the Conference ID, email address, and password. (Login by entering Conference ID (64118X), email address and password).

VIII. Click Associate your account with the conference (if you have IEEE Pdf Express Account). (Sample image 4)

IX. Fill up the information needed for the user profile and submit once completed.

X. Go to the Dashboard and create the new title. (Sample image 5)

XI. Click create new title for your paper. (Sample image 6)

XII. Enter the paper title and continue. (Sample image 7)

XIII. Upload File. Can be in word/pdf format (if you generated by Latex). Click Continue once file chosen. (Sample image 8)

XIV. Click Continue again (Sample image 9).

XV. Conversion will be in progress as shown in sample image 10 below (Word file will take a while to complete).

XVI. If successful, you will get this message (Sample image 11).

XVII. Click Download PDF ICON to download the pdf express verified file (Sample image 12).

XVIII. Click Approve ICON to send the file to the publication chair (Sample image 13).

XIX. Finally, it completed.

XX. After that, download this final pdf and upload the same on the CMT portal as the final camera ready paper.

NOTE: You may create a new title if you have more than one paper accepted for this conference or you can repeat the process if any change in the final paper.
